    More Than Training — It's a Community

The women of Blossom Bodyworks together

After COVID in 2022, Kaylee started her fitness journey the way many women do — by signing up at a big commercial gym. Unsure how to train, she stuck to the treadmill, thinking cardio was the safest place to begin. Over time, she realised it was never going to give her the strength or the shape she was hoping for.

She started personal training with a Kiwi coach, but progress stayed slow. It wasn't about technique — it was about understanding. Generic training plans weren't built around a woman's body, her goals, or the way she actually wanted to feel.

That's when Kaylee met Jialu. With deep experience coaching women and a real eye for building strong, feminine shape, Jialu helped Kaylee transform in just three months — her strength improved, her shape changed, and her confidence grew with it.

Out of that came a friendship, and a shared idea: a women-only space where every woman could train in a way that genuinely fits her, support each other, and grow together.

That idea became Blossom Bodyworks — a women's fitness studio in Albany, built by women, for women.

As Blossom has grown, Kaylee and Jialu have kept meeting more and more wonderful women. What started as training became something bigger — a place where women cheer each other on, share what they're going through, and build real friendships. Today, Blossom isn't just a gym in Auckland. It's a community: somewhere you get stronger, more confident, and more connected.
